Rachael has been with Legal Home Loans since the start of our journey over five years ago, and in that time has experienced multiple roles within the lending function, including acting as a broker for several years. In her current capacity, she is Lending Manager and primarily looks after processes and efficiency, staff training, and internal compliance. She also manages our bank and lender relationships, with continual two-way feedback on how we can improve the customer experience for our clients. Rachael enjoys workshopping scenarios with the lending team to find solutions that will achieve the best outcomes for clients. She is practical and systematic in her approach and prides herself on being at the forefront of industry and credit updates. Away from the office, Rachael enjoys kickboxing training and trying out new restaurants with friends and loved ones.

Luke has broad broking experience across a variety of situations for legal professionals. He is compassionate to clients’ needs and committed to achieving the best possible solution. He brings an air of calm to the office and wherever he goes with his patient and focused demeanour. Outside of work, Luke is a passionate football and AFL fan, and enjoys both competing on the field and watching on from the side lines.

Josh is passionate about lending and assisting his clients to his highest ability. His attentive customer service and pragmatic approach ensure successful outcomes for his clients. He is a vibrant and thoughtful member of the team, motivated by building strong relationships with others. On the weekends, Josh is a foodie and is always on the hunt for the next hidden gem to try with friends and family.

Mitch is well versed in lending and is driven to use this knowledge to achieve the best outcomes for his clients. With a background in finance at Macquarie Group, Mitch has a great affinity for building relationships and providing excellent customer service. He is an integral part of providing fast positive outcomes for Legal Home Loan clients. Outside of work Mitch can be found competing in basketball, golf or tennis – or bingeing Netflix at home.

Robin is key in the loan application process as an Inside Sales Associate. He is driven by exceeding expectations and targets, and enjoys assisting clients to find solutions that help facilitate their life goals. He brings a calming energy to the team and to his clients, even when things feel hectic. Robin has an immense passion for sport and plays football for his local club on the weekends. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the beach and attending concerts.

As an Inside Sales Associate, Louise plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth loan application process for clients. With a career background as a mathematics teacher, Louise joined Legal Home Loans hungry for a career change into Finance. What she loves most about her role is problem-solving and ensuring her clients have an effortless experience. During her days off, you can find Louise hiking through scenic treks, exploring restaurants and catching up with friends.

As an Inside Sales Associate, Ananya finds it highly rewarding being a part of the process that assists clients to achieve their finance goals. She has a calm and steady approach to her work that is essential in helping our clients reach settlement. Her personal goal is to have fun everyday at work, and her bubbly outlook on life is contagious to the team around her. In her spare time you can find Ananya playing badminton, trying new cuisines or watching a movie

Etash is a key support to our lending team in his role as a Inside Sales Associate. He enjoys pushing himself to reach new goals and playing a part in aiding clients to reach their personal dreams. He thrives on being surrounded by a team of dedicated individuals who all share a common goal. When Etash is not in the office, you can find him playing tennis, trying to learn a new language or watching Formula 1.

As a Lending Officer, Jess plays a vital part in closing the loan process and assisting clients through to settlement. She brings her bubbly energy into her work and is dedicated to helping clients achieve a great outcome. Jess strives at making the settlement process smooth and efficient with her thorough attention to detail and can-do approach to all her responsibilities. In her spare time, you can find Jess shopping for new plants to fill her house or spending time with friends and family.

Paula is a key support to our team in her role as a Lending officer. With a diverse background in customer service and sales, she has a strong eye for detail and is an excellent communicator. Paula enjoys tackling complex scenarios to secure a favourable outcome for clients and is continuously seeking ways to improve process efficiencies. Outside of the office, you can find Paula exploring new cuisines to cook, crocheting, or playing video games.

In his capacity as a Lending Officer, Blake plays a vital role in guiding clients seamlessly through the settlement process. His vibrant enthusiasm and diligent work ethic allows him to forge meaningful connections with clients, always committed to achieving optimal outcomes for them. Outside of the office, Blake is passionate about the Sydney Swans, coaching in surf lifesaving, and enjoying a round of golf with friends.

Nathan brings a strong background in customer service to his role as a Lending Officer. He finds great satisfaction in contributing to a seamless loan process that leaves clients content at the end of the journey. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Nathan ensures a thorough and professional service. Outside of work, he enjoys getting involved in soccer, whether on the field or as a spectator, and spending quality time with his nearest and dearest.
