LHL Referral Program

Refer a friend or family member to Legal Home Loans, and you can receive a $100 Prezzee gift card. With access to 400+ popular brands across shopping, dining and experiences. It’s digital, easy to use, and lets you spend your reward exactly how you want.

1 gift card per referral. Referral must progress to the loan lodgement stage to be eligible for the $100 Prezzee gift card.

The Legal Home Loans Referral Program (“Program”) allows clients to refer friends or family members to Legal Home Loans and receive a $100 Prezzee digital gift card for each eligible referral.

Definitions:

“Gift Card” means a $100 Prezzee digital gift card, redeemable across participating brands available via Prezzee.

“Referral” means a new client referred to Legal Home Loans by an individual;. Only one referral applies per transaction. In the case of joint applications, only one referral reward will be issued.

“Lodged” means the referred client’s home loan application has been formally submitted to a lender by Legal Home Loans.

Term and Conditions*

  1. The Promoter is AMJ Financial Pty Ltd (trading as Legal Home Loans) of Level 6, 1 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
  2. Multiple referrals may be made. One $100 Prezzee gift card is issued per eligible referral.
  3. To be eligible for the Gift Card, the referred client must:
    • Be a new client to Legal Home Loans; and
    • Progress their home loan application to the loan lodgement stage.
  4. Referrals may be made by directly introducing the referee to Legal Home Loans or by the referee mentioning the referrer’s name at the time of enquiry.
  5. The referee does not need to be a legal professional and may be any friend, colleague, or family member.
  6. An existing client’s own mortgage or refinancing is not eligible as a referral.
  7. The Program is open to Australian residents residing in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS, or ACT.
  8. The Gift Card will be issued via email once the referred loan has reached the lodged stage. Timing of delivery may vary.
  9. The Gift Card is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged. Use of the Gift Card is subject to Prezzee’s own terms and conditions.
  10. Referrers are not authorised to provide credit or financial advice. Any discussion of loan products, interest rates, eligibility or suitability must be conducted by Legal Home Loans or its authorised representatives only
  11. If the specified Gift Card becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a reward of equal value.

Referral limitations

You must only forward the email to friends and family who have consented. You must not ‘spam’ recipients with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Referral links must not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.

Updates to the Terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the legalhomeloans.com.au website, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
